Meet Manda!
Manda Mo Oliver (lovingly called Mo) is a Dance Educator and Choreographer within the Portland, OR, and Vancouver, WA areas. She specializes in jazz based genres such as musical theater, heels dance, jazz funk, and of course - jazz!
She also gives instruction in ballet, contemporary, lyrical, and contemporary ballet. She is originally from the small town of St. Helens, OR, and trained with her local studio's competition team. She fell in love with dance so much that she majored in dance at Western Oregon University in 2021, and graduated Summa Cum Laude in three years!
Her teaching philosophy firmly grounds itself in confidence. She believes that confidence is key in everything an individual does, and everyone's uniqueness is something to be embraced and celebrated. She instills a strong sense of self assurance and boldness in her students, and encourages dancers to find their own rhythm and MOVE to it.

Whether it's turns, jumps, general technique in a particular genre, flexibility, or strengthening, I offer private lessons to help you achieve your personal dance goals! Due to studio space availability, please request to book, and send three ideal times to choose from for your private lesson!
Dance and Movement Workshops
Want to turn up the energy at your studio with a fun workshop! I have you covered! I offer workshops in jazz, jazz funk, musical theatre, heels choreography + technique, dance composition, and general technique, such as leaps and turns. Workshops can be tailored to any desired theme.
Choreography Commissions
Do you have an upcoming musical, dance concert, or a solo/duo/trio you need choreography for? Look no further! I am always open for choreography commissions. I currently provide choreography for professional dance concerts, musical theatre productions, and dance auditions + competitions.
